Sep 15, 2020 · I'm pushing 70, have Type II diabetes, take thyroid replacement pills and use an upright walker for my walks. If I can do it, so can you. My a1C went from 9 (Type II diabetes) to 6.5 (pre-diabetes) in the first 90 days of eating less and moving more. The endocrinologist also added a second diabetes drug to my metformin.
Jul 09, 2015 · I agree with Knit. Pre-Keto I was on several diabetic meds. All, but Metformin, increase insulin ~ which is a bad thing.
